The holding fee is equal to 1-1.5 month’s rent depending whether you’re approved or approved with conditions. When you move in this fee serves as your security deposit.
The admin fee is a one-time $50 fee for processing the lease.

Pending availability, you may be able to move in as quickly as 3-5 days as long as all conditions are met.

Rent is due the 1st of each month and is considered late on the 5th.
Rent payments can be made online via the Resident Portal.
On the 6th of the month, you will be sent a notice, your portal will be shut off, and you’ll be charged a $100 late fee. Then you will need to contact your property manager at ResiHome to coordinate payment.
ResiBuilt is responsible for major maintenance fixes of the property/home.
Residents are responsible for routine upkeep and daily responsibilities of maintaining the property, per the lease.
ResiBuilt takes care of all landscaping needs in our communities.
Residents are responsible for paying a mandatory landscaping fee in addition to base rent. Fees may vary depending on the community.
If there are any landscaping issues that need to be addressed, residents can submit a maintenance work order in their Resident Portal.
