Unlike ‘for sale’ communities, all of our applicant’s residents undergo criminal background checks before they can become residents. And as an added safety feature, we install cameras and license plate readers at each entrance that links in with local police monitoring.

Since our renters are typically high wage earners, they will increase sales tax revenues in your district. They also won’t qualify for homestead exemptions, which means more property tax revenue than a for sale community.
